Competitive analysis of mobile phone could be based on following attributes.
1. Segment: High Tier, ULC etc
2. Feature: Which feature is focused, USP
3. Design: Look and Feel / UI / Form Factor (Slider, Candy etc)/ Ergonomics
4. Performance: Application response/ Multimedia performance/ Memory
5. Price Band
Again decision making process should have clear priorities before reaching any conclusion. Technical benchmarking for each feature should be done. Comparison of similar features (like Audio/video/image performance, data speed, baseband, voice clarity etc) with respect of benchmark makes decision process a cakewalk.
